Deposits Required: When a reservation is made, 50% of the rental amount is due (check or money order) plus $300 security deposit. Balance of rental amount plus 10% El Dorado County tax and $100 cleaning fee is due no later than one month prior to arrival.

Security Deposit: At the conclusion of the rental period, an inspection of the property will be made. If the renter has caused any unreasonable damage or if excessive cleaning is required for the premises, the cost of such damage, loss and repairs will be deducted from the security deposit. The remaining deposit will be returned within 30 days. If all is in good order at the time of the inspection, the return of the full security deposit will be mailed immediately. Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation, there are no refunds - only exchange dates. Please, no smoking or pets.
